1. Infrastructure Use & Deployment

Our services involve the deployment of autonomous systems into client environments. All deployments are subject to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) that defines service level agreements (SLAs), liability caps, and operational constraints.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the conceptual frameworks, methodology diagrams, and platform architecture) are owned by Shellexa Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we build deterministic systems, the outcomes of AI agents depend heavily on the quality of underlying client data and APIs.
